Steps to Become an Anything Helps Approved CPRS Trainer
1) Meet the Eligibility Requirements

Complete an Anything Helps CPRS course

Hold a current Supervisor Certification through the Minnesota Certification Board (MCB)
2) Submit the Trainer Application (Below)

Complete the Anything Helps CPRS Trainer Application (include résumé/CV, proof of MCB Supervisor Certification, and your AH course completion).

Our Training Team will review your materials. If approved, you’ll receive next steps for onboarding.
3) Attend the Trainer Onboarding Workshop

Join our live, interactive Anything Helps Trainer Onboarding Workshop covering curriculum delivery, facilitation skills, fidelity to AH standards, and assessment.

Fees: Tuition/materials fees will be shared upon acceptance.
4) Complete Co-Facilitation & Fidelity Check

Co-facilitate at least 2 AH CPRS session with a senior trainer.

Receive feedback and a fidelity sign-off to finalize approval.
5) Access Trainer Resources & Begin Teaching

Gain access to trainer materials, slide decks, participant workbooks, and ongoing support.

Get scheduled to deliver upcoming AH CPRS trainings.
